- Contact the candidates & tell them about the job opening. Giving details about the job role & company profile.
- Schedule interviews of interested & shortlisted candidates.
- Taking interviews of candidates (if & when required)
- Doing background check & reference check of candidates shortlisted in final round.
- Maintaining database of the candidates called for the position with their status on Excel sheet.
- Meeting the monthly& quarterly targets given by the company.
